A late check out will be offered free of charge pending availability. Guaranteed late checkout will result in an additional night being charged.

A safe is available in each villa

Pets may not be brought onto the resort with the exception of guide dogs

We reserve the right to refuse entry or request a guest to leave if they are threatening, abusive or causing a disturbance to other guests or staff.

Smoking is not permitted in any rooms or the restaurant area. Smoking is only allowed on your room balcony and outdoor areas.

It is a condition of entry that you respect all current COVID protocols in place at the resort
Transfers

All resort transfers must be booked in advance.

Your transfer is for a seat only not a private vehicle.

One nights deposit will be taken at the time of booking

All rates are quoted in AUD - rate set by Tamanu on the Beach

Balance of payment to be made at checkout

Payment accepted in Vatu,

Payment accepted in AUD cash or Direct Deposit to AUD account at rates set by Tamanu on the Beach

Other currencies accepted at discretion of management at rates set by Tamanu

Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be provided in writing by email to tr@tamanuonthebeach.com

More than 60 day's notice prior to arrival - no charge

30-60 day's notice prior to arrival date - 1 night accommodation

15-30 day's notice prior to arrival date - 50%

Less than 15 day's notice prior to arrival/no shows/days not used due to late arrivals - 100%
COVID Cancellation Policy
In the case where you are unable to travel due to border closure in Vanuatu your booking can be fully transferred to a future date at no expense.
Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend appropriate travel insurance coverage for all visitors to the resort to cover cancellation penalties levied as a result of no show, late cancellation or flight disruptions.
Force Majeure
The resort shall not be liable or responsible for failure to execute arrangements in consequence of war, change of status of Vanuatu government, strikes, riots, actus of god, pandemics, national emergencies of any other causes beyond our reasonable control.
Governing Law
The terms and conditions are covered in all respects by the laws of Vanuatu
Lost Property
Any lost property is collected by staff and logged, we then make every effort to notify guests. We can return lost property at your expense. Any unclaimed items will be donated to an appropriate charity after three months.
