The following policies, terms and conditions apply unless alternate arrangements have been organised and confirmed in writing by Tamanu on the Beach

The Client accepts sole responsibility and all risk associated in using this this service. All care but no responsibility is taken in the provision of this service.
2.
On booking the service we require a credit card to secure the appointment.
3.
We understand that sometimes you may need to change your booking and we kindly request 24 hours' notice so that we can offer that time slot to another client. If you don't provide us with 24 hours' notice or you fail to turn up for your appointment, you may send a friend or family member in your place. We can only accept notification via email or verbally to the Resort Manager or Administration Manager. Otherwise we will charge your credit card for the full charge of the missed treatment.
