TAMANU QUICK ESCAPE FOR TWO Tamanu Quick Escape for Two Looking to escape the stress of a wedding at home and you've long dreamed of a romantic island destination wedding? Then Tamanu on the Beach is the perfect location for a Quick Escape for Two. This is also the perfect package for those couples who visit Vanuatu on a cruise ship and want to get married and return to the ship on the same day at dock. You arrive at Tamanu to be greeted by our experienced and friendly Resort Manager, Rachael and her team who have everything organized. Then standing together in the pretty floral heart in the sand, with the South Pacific Ocean's waves swirling on the pristine white sand beach; the Pastor reads your vows and this will be a memory that will last forever. A toast of love to each other and you are wed. If you have time, why not stay on for a romantic dinner for two on the beachfront stage with private waiter then continue your honeymoon with one of our special Honeymoon Packages or return to the ship to continue on your cruise. TAMANU TOUCH OF TRADITION Tamanu Touch of Tradition Wedding For those couples who want a to be married in more authentic South Pacific style, the Touch of Tradition Wedding package combines the best of first and third world traditions. Throughout the lead up to your special day you will be in personalised contact with our Resort Manager, Rachael whose professionalism and care is matched by her attention to detail. Then when the day arrives, Rachael will be there with her experienced and helpful team ensuring everything is arranged so you can relax and enjoy your nuptials. As the cool trade winds blow, the groom awaits his bride under the wedding arch or canopy decorated in masses of native flowers. The local String Band serenades the bride as she makes her way under the swaying coconut trees and walks down the aisle to her waiting groom. The ceremony commences and soon you are announced husband and wife. The String Band plays joyfully as the celebration begins and you toast to your new life together. Sunset is looming and provides the perfect setting for photos. You enjoy your canapés and champagne in between photos as the band plays on and your guests delight in the magnificent setting. As the sun finally sets you are escorted to your private reception at Tamanu on the Beach. There is dancing, speeches, the cutting of the wedding cake and the meal is superb.
