Meet the Chef
As a child Cameron Morrison was fascinated by how a raw ingredient could be turned into something tasty, artistic and beautiful. Thus began his love affair with food and his passion to become a leading chef. His many years of experience most recently include working as an Executive Sous Chef under the guidance of Executive Chef, Brian Topham in Fiji, then again as an Executive Sous Chef at a leading resort in the Whitsunday Islands and at a leading lodge in the Southern Highlands of New South Wales.
Cameron says, " I consider food trends a lot like fashion, trends come and go but always seem to make their way back to what is currently the in thing around the world, only with each cycle, new ideas and innovation come to light, bringing fresh new spins on favored classics."
