Meet the Chefs

Tamanu's kitchen is managed by 2 Ni-Vanuatu Head Chefs, Pakoa and Sailas, who have spent many years honing their skills under the tutelage of Tamanu's Executive Chefs. Pakoa and Sailas bring to Tamanu's menu local techniques and flavours whilst remaining true to the vision of Tamanu and its previous Executive Chefs.
