Tamanu's signature dish, Lobster Mornay uses that day's freshly caught reef lobster and Tamanu's signature dessert, Grand Marnier Souffle have become so highly acclaimed that guests who have tasted them once, return time and again. Each meal is lovingly prepared by our ni-Vanuatu chefs who pride themselves on their creativity and authenticity, bringing sensational nuances to each dish.
