The following policies, terms and conditions apply unless alternate arrangements have been organised and confirmed in writing by Tamanu on the Beach
Rates are correct at the time of printing and are subject to change without notice. All rates shown are inclusive of VAT & Government Tourism Levy of 100 VUV per room night.
Book online with credit card (Visa, Master Card or Amex) via secure payment solution. Credit card payments incur a 3% surcharge . This 3% surcharge will appear as a separate transaction on your credit card statement.
Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure the reservation.
Up to 30 days prior to arrival, accommodation charges will be refunded in full.
29 days to 15 days prior to arrival, 25% of accommodation charges as booked will be refunded.
No refunds will be made for cancellations made 14 days or less prior to arrival. No shows and cancellations after check in will be subject to a 100% cancellation fee.
No refunds can be made on any unused portion of the accommodation booked, nor can components be substituted for alternative arrangements once the occupation has commenced, other than extenuating circumstances at Tamanu on the Beach's discretion. We strongly recommend travel insurance to cover such events.
A credit card authorisation (pre-auth) or imprint will be required at time of check in and may be used to cover incidental items and any breakages or damage incurred during your stay. We pre-authorise all credit cards upon arrival. Please note this process val-idates the presented credit card, and protects both the cardholder and merchant from increasing fraud incidents. We may pre-authorise a credit card for any charges we determine that the guest may be likely to consume during their stay. This may also include an amount to cover a security bond / deposit for damages. The pre-authorised amount is set aside by the credit card company for a period of up to 14-days. Where a credit card is not available a minimum 20,000vt cash deposit will be required.
A passport with a minimum validity of 6 months is required for all Australian, NZ and USA citizens. If you are not an Australian, NZ or USA passport holder, a visa or re-entry permit may be required. Please check with your Travel Agent or Embassy.
It is strongly recommended that you take out travel insurance prior to the commencement of your holiday, covering loss of deposit, medical, baggage, airline cancellation fees etc.

Conditions of Stay
Tamanu on the Beach does not accept any responsibility for guest's personal property and belongings left unattended on the premises.
If a guest/occupant behaves in an unacceptable or aggressive manner to other guests/occupants or to Tamanu on the Beach staff, or is suspected of carrying out illegal acts on the premises, that guest/occupant will be asked to leave and the appropriate authorities will be notified. All monies paid will be forfeited.
We do our best to ensure your booking arrangements are satisfactory, however Tamanu on the Beach does not accept any liability whatsoever for any injury, damage, loss, delay, additional expenses or inconvenience caused directly or indirectly by any act, commission or circumstance due to an event beyond its control which could not have been avoided including war, declared or undeclared, revolution or action taken by public enemies, riots or civil disturbance, strikes, lock outs or work stoppages, affecting all or part of the resort, staff; acts of God, fire, floods, storms, constraints imposed by any government or public authority; the destination is closed or under travel advisory; or any other cause that is reasonably beyond the control of Tamanu on the Beach.
